The end of Najib Tun Razak

This is the last Ramadan as PM.
This will be the last Birthday celebration at Putrajaya for Rosmah.
This will be the last time we witness the most corrupted and murderer as PM.
This will be the last PM allow to sell off our assets.
People says Najib will stay on for another 22 years as PM.
BUT WHEN ONES CRIME HAS REACHED THE LIMIT THERE IS NO MORE WAY UP BUT DOWN AND DOWN.
THIS IS THE BEST RAYA GIFT TO MALAYSIA.

Okay to sell assets but not borrow from China

It is time certain race stop opening their mouth.
Everyday these people talk cock and expect people to listen to them.
Me think in the month of Ramadan, we Malaysians got one wish and that is to pray that these idiots lose their voices and disappear like Pastor Raymond.
By the way what happened to the new victim who IGP claimed is involved in the abduction of Pastor Raymond?
Did IGP managed to get the right scapegoat this time?
I have a reminder to Penang UMNO, shut up and stay in your cave.
IN THE HISTORY OF MALAYA/MALAYSIA, NO PRIME MINISTER HAS EVER SOLD OFF MALAYSIAN PRIME ASSETS TO COMMUNIST CHINA AND STOLEN THE PEOPLE'S MONEY EXCEPT THE PRESENT PARIAH PRIME MINISTER NAJIB.  AND THIS IS THE KIND OF PERSON, PAS, ROYAL HOUSE AND THE MALAYS WANT TO SUPPORT INSTEAD OF PUNISHING HIM.

Use revenue from land sales, Umno tells Guan Eng

 | May 28, 2017
Penang Umno queries need to borrow from Chinese bank when Penang has surplus budget and reserves of RM1.2 billion.zainal-abidinBUKIT MERTAJAM: Penang Umno has hit out at Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for borrowing from a bank in China instead of utilising revenue from the sales of state land for development.
State Umno Liaison Committee chairman Zainal Abidin Osman claimed several local dailies had reported that the state government had reaped profits of about RM12.5 billion from the sales of land, which did not include revenue from other projects, to develop the state.
“In its entire administration of Penang, Barisan Nasional (BN) had never resorted to borrowings from overseas, more so when Lim has the revenue from land sales.
“Since the chief minister had also reported having a surplus budget as well as reserves of about RM1.2 billion, why the sudden need to borrow?
“I am perplexed with the action of the state government in wanting to borrow from China,” he said when met by reporters after a Leadership with Malaysian Armed Forces veteran function here today.
He was commenting on the recent Penang State Legislative Assembly meeting which approved the Penang Borrowing Regulations and other finance sources Bill 2017 which enables the state government to borrow from a bank in China.
In tabling the bill, Lim was reported as saying the enactment was introduced to create new legislation on state borrowings.
He said it was an initiative to provide the flow of investment and stimulate socio-economic growth, implement physical development for the well-being and prosperity of the people.
Zainal Abidin also described the initiative as a move to pawn the state.

Family of Pariahs

Nor Ashman Received RM200,000 From Dad Courtesy of 1MDB EXCLUSIVE!

Nor Ashman Received RM200,000 From Dad Courtesy of 1MDB EXCLUSIVE!

Documents showing the transactions from Prime Minister Najib’s AmBank account 211202211906 reveal that one of the beneficiaries of this money, which came from 1MDB subsidiary SRC International, was his son.
On 4th July 2014 RM200,000 was cashed out to Nor Ashman Razak. The signatory on the account was Najib and the payee Nor Ashman
The signatory on the account was Najib and the payee Nor Ashman
It is notable that another recipient of money stolen from SRC at around the same time was an entity named Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd, which received RM100,000.
Najib through the Attorney General Apandi Ali has now admitted the money held in these accounts was stolen from SRC. After all, Apandi himself held up the documentation showing the money trails, which were then caught on camera. The 906 account from which these particular payments were made was clearly shown.Apandi's blunder on the day he 'cleared' Najib
Apandi’s blunder on the day he ‘cleared’ Najib

However, the PM through Apandi has explained he didn’t know the money came from SRC because he had thought it came from the ‘Saudi Royal Donation’, which was supposed  to fund his (illegal) vote buying at the last election. This excuse apparently provides the reason why Malaysia’s chief law enforcer, Apandi, has made no moves to demand this money back.

Not for personal use’

However, there are several glaring problems with these excuses about the account from which Najib generously paid his son this hefty amount of pocket money.  The first is that the payment was in July 2014, which is a full year after Najib had claimed he had sent back what he hadn’t used of the ‘donation’ money!
Sarawak Report had revealed that the original AmBank account 2112022009694, which Najib had used to fund the election was hastily closed in August 2013.  The money was cleared back out to the Tanore Finance Corporation account at Falcon Bank in Singapore, now known to have been controlled by an alias of Jho Low named Eric Tan. Falcon has now been closed down in Singapore and several of its staff prosecuted – its Swiss boss was jailed as a result of these and related transactions.
After Sarawak Report had revealed this transfer back to Tanore in 2015 Najib responded that this was because he was returning the unused ‘election’ money to his phantom “donor”.
Now subsequent events have poved the account was owned by ‘Eric Tan’/ Jho Low.  Furthermore, there is no record of transfers from Tanore on to any Saudis… just of massive purchases made shortly after of major artworks in New York, which have been classed by the Department of Justice as money laundering. Those artworks have now been confiscated.

Documentation confirms the mass transfers back to Tanore Finance in August 2013Documentation confirms the mass transfers back to Tanore Finance in August 2013

The second problem with Najib’s story is that early on (before too many details had emerged) the PM had claimed that none of this ‘donation’ money was employed for his own personal use.  However, one assumes that a RM200,000 payment to one’s unemployed son (who apparently aspires to be a DJ) counts as a personal usage.

Older step-son Riza (2nd left) received even more - hundreds of millions in fact, in order to fund movies. The two boys have spent the past months kicking their heels round KL enjoying a luxury jetset existance and attending global government meetings with their Dad.Older step-son Riza (2nd left) also received hundreds of millions from 1MDB to fund movies. The two boys (Nor Ashmas 2nd right) have spent the past months kicking their heels round KL enjoying a luxury jetset existance, according to Facebook and attending global government meetings with their Dad.

There is more personal usage recorded in these various payments from accounts funded by stolen public money from 1MDB and SRC.  For example, millions of ringgit appear to have been spent at various luxury car outlets and garages.
These include RM167,959.50 spent at Signature Exotic Cars Sdn Bhd on 28th June 2011; RM104,110.69 at Telagamas Motors Sdn Bhd 26th Sept 2012; RM947,178.70 at Angkatan Hebat Motor Sdn Bhd 9th October 2012; RM105,000 at Naza Quest Auto Sdn Bhd 17th December 2012; a staggering RM2,496,000.00 at Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd on 27th February 2013 and another RM146,801.30 and RM155,779.00 also spent at Edaran Tan Chong on 7th February 2014 and 23rd September 2014 respectively.
No personal use?
Likewise, on 28th August 2013 RM114,650.00 was paid to K.A. Mohamed Shariff & Co, which turns out to be a wedding planner in Pahang.
Again and again it seems that Najib Razak’s frankly unbelievable excuses have been torn apart by the evidence as it has emerged.
He may have proved himself a very loving and indulgent father by dishing out so much cash to his off-spring.
However, when the money concerned belonged to other Malaysians, who had put their trust in him to manage it wisely for the greater good, there really can be no other judgment than that of grand theft and criminal behaviour.
Malaysia’s limpit PM makes America’s embattled Donald Trump look like a paragon of truth and the most competent and consistent man on earth.
So much money to produce a DJ?
Is aspiring DJ Nor Ashman worth so much public money?

Don’t ‘knock’ your own country, Najib tells Malaysians

 | May 26, 2017
The prime minister says Malaysians should work together to make the nation stronger and even greater in the future.najibKUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Najib Razak today reminded Malaysians that they should fight for the country and never ever knock it down.
He said as Malaysians, everyone should also work together to make the nation stronger and even greater in the future.
“This is our country, we are born here. We are true Malaysians, we will fight for Malaysia.
“We should never ever knock Malaysia, because we have a chance to make it even stronger and even better in future,” he said when launching the National Transformation 2050 (TN50) logo and the second phase of the TN50 Dialogue here.
Also present were Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar and Chief Secretary to the Government Ali Hamsa.
Najib said with Malaysia’s economy now standing at RM1.3 trillion, he envisioned that it would increase to RM2 trillion by 2025, making Malaysia among the top 20 nations by then.
On TN50, he said the aspiration was truly a movement by the people for the people via the bottom-up approach, adding that it was also a movement started by the young people who will be the leaders of tomorrow.
“I want us to think about where we want to go, so we define our future direction, the future that we want. And it is our job to deliver the future that we want,” he told the more than 300 youths gathered at the event.
Najib added that the government would continue to carry out engagements with the grassroots.
He said engagements with the people would continue to be carried out to get inputs which later would be translated into a national blueprint.
The TN50, which was launched in January this year, is a follow up on the 2020 vision, which seeks to attain developed nation status for Malaysia, and is aimed at bringing about the next quantum leap of growth for the country from 2021 to 2050.
On the second phase of the TN50 Dialogue, a group of 84 members and 60 mentors, called Youth Circles of the Future, have been tasked with analysing and fine tuning the aspirations of youths, which were obtained via a series of dialogues in the first phase.
Apart from these, the group will also assist in translating their aspirations for direction-building that is more comprehensive from the perspective of youths to ensure acceptance as part of the process in formulation of programmes and policies.
Since it was launched, the TN50 Dialogue has received feedback from more than 1.2 million youths across the country via various channels and activities resulting in the collection of some 33,000 aspirations from the target group.

Over dose on Anwar

Anwar for PM? PKR should think again

May 23, 2017 Free Malaysia Today
The promise of making imprisoned former opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim the next PM is not a matter that is within PKR's power to realise.Azhar-anwarBy Azhar “Art” Harun
The fact that PKR wants Anwar Ibrahim, and only Anwar to be the prime minister is well known. A recent event further confirmed this. Even Wan Azizah Wan Ismail readily conceded during an interview that she is just a “seat warmer.”
Anwar is however in jail. He can’t be nominated as a candidate in the next general election. That means he will not be a Member of Parliament (MP) after the 14th General Election.
When he is out of prison, he is further barred from running for any seat in an election. Only an MP can become a PM. Even if he was appointed as a senator, he still cannot be the PM. The Federal Constitution says the PM must come from the lower house or the Dewan Rakyat.
The question thus is, how can Anwar become the PM?
I suppose the intention is this. If Pakatan Harapan wins the general election, PKR would push for a royal pardon. That would erase Anwar’s conviction.
Thereafter I suppose PKR would do another Kajang move. Someone will resign his or her position as an MP. Anwar will then run in the by-election. If he wins, they will appoint him as the PM.
First of all, I don’t like the idea of an MP, who is elected by the voters, having to resign just to accommodate another person, be it Anwar or whoever. It is making a mockery of the system. It sends the message that votes are not important or sacred. And the voters’ decision is not important.
Second of all, the process of getting a royal pardon is not that simple. It is not a fait accompli.
In the constitution, royal pardons are given by the king for offences committed in the Federal Territory. For offences committed in any of the other states, it is given by the respective sultans or governors.
Sodomy 2 was committed in the Federal Territory. Therefore the king must give the pardon.
However, there is this “creature” known as the Pardons Board. That board consists of the Attorney-General, the Federal Territories Minister and three members appointed by the king. The king presides over the board.
Can you see how many people PKR has to deal with just to get a recommendation to pardon Anwar?
Even if the Pardons Board recommends a pardon, the next question is, must the king follow the recommendation?
Although the constitution says the king must follow any advice given to him when he is required to act on advice, our courts have ruled that in relation to the power to pardon, the king may exercise his own judgement or discretion. In other words the king is not bound to follow the Pardons Board’s recommendation. This was the ruling by our Federal Court as recent as 2011.
So the king has a mind of his own in relation to the power of pardon. He may or may not exercise that power no matter what everybody else, including the Pardons Board or the government, has to say.
So how can PKR be so dead sure that it can make Anwar the PM if it wins the next general election?
It is one thing to make promises and believe in them. However the promise of making Anwar the next PM is not a matter that is within PKR’s power to realise.
PKR cannot, and should not, assume that the king will agree to pardon Anwar.

At an inaugural lecture held in honour of former premier Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, prime minister Najib Abdul Razak today credited his predecessor for unwavering loyalty to Umno and Barisan Nasional.
Najib during his speech at the event hosted by Pertubuhan Legasi Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in Putrajaya, also took a subtle jab at those he said have betrayed Umno and the country.
"I would like to honour his loyalty all this while, no matter what happened, he continued to give full support and stood beside me, the government, Umno and BN.
"Not even once did he think of doing any actions to betray the party and the country, or go as far as leaving the party," he said, without mentioning any names...

While Parliament is a place for serious business, sexist and derogatory remarks have often been used by lawmakers during heated debates. Photo: Malay Mail Online

KUALA LUMPUR — Many were shocked earlier this week by an Umno MP’s controversial remarks on rapists marrying their victims, but lawmakers in Parliament in Malaysia have long been making remarks that range from insensitive and tactless to crude and downright bizarre.
While Parliament is a place for serious business where elected representatives deliberate on new laws, sexist and derogatory remarks have often been used by lawmakers during heated debates.
Here is a list of selected occasions when Malaysian MPs made remarks that provoked outrage and raised eyebrows among Malaysians:
2007
May 9
Umno’s Kinabatangan MP Bung Mokhtar Radin infamously alluded to a woman’s menstrual cycle when commenting on a leaky ceiling in Parliament, using “bocor” or leak to describe the monthly periods.
“Where is the leak? Batu Gajah MP also leaks every month,” he said, referring to female DAP lawmaker Fong Po Kuan.
He was reported making an apology about ten days later and begging forgiveness from women nationwide if they felt insulted, while a fellow lawmaker who had made a similar remark also apologised.
2008
April 30
In a heated exchange with the late DAP MP Karpal Singh who had called him a “bigfoot from Kinabatangan”, Mr Bung Mokhtar challenged the wheelchair-bound lawmaker to “stand if you dare” and also called him a “big monkey”.
This prompted 30 wheelchair-bound Malaysians to show up at Parliament and protest the remarks that were deemed “discriminatory” of the disabled.
2015
April 9
Umno’s Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, who later on November 4 the same year was told to retract his alleged racial slur of “balik tongsan”, caused an uproar when he mentioned the infamous “bocor” word.
After being reprimanded under the Dewan Rakyat’s rules under Standing Order 36(4), he retracted his comments but insisted that he did not intend to insult women. He had claimed that he was not referring to women’s monthly menstruation cycles, but was referring to leaky pipes when commenting on women visiting mosques.
Standing Order 36(4) was amended on November 27, 2012 after multiple occasions of sexist remarks by MPs over the years and now states: “It shall be out of order for Members of the House to use offensive language or make a sexist remark.”
November 16
Several lawmakers called for Shariah-compliant sports attire as they felt some of the outfits were too sexy, with PKR’s Lumut MP First Admiral Mohamad Imran Abdul Hamid voicing his concern over the allegedly skimpy attire.
He claimed that such “sexy clothing” could lead to “zina” or illicit sex, but Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said there has yet to be proof of adultery occurring at mass sporting events.
2016
April 6
PAS Pasir Puteh MP Nik Mazlan Nik Mohamad, in responding to a call for Malaysia to increase the legal marrying age from 16 in some instances, said that stopping child marriages would not stop premarital sex.
“Nowadays, kids under the age of 16 are already having sex and already have open sexual relationships.
“If we prevent them from getting married, these urges are still there, so they will be exposed to have sex freely and outside of marriage,” he had said.
He is the same lawmaker who on March 17, 2017 suggested the introduction of caning for illicit sex to protect innocent babies born from unlawful unions.
November 21
Umno’s Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who is also a deputy minister, was responding to other lawmakers’ comments on peaceful rallies when he abruptly singled out DAP Seputeh MP Teresa Kok for allegedly giggling. Ms Kok was not making any comments at that time.
“This Yang Berhormat Seputeh kek, kek, kek, kek for what? The only woman with a ‘kok’ is in Seputeh,” Mr Tajuddin said, sparking outrage from other lawmakers who demanded him to retract his allegedly vulgar remark deemed “sexist”.
While no action was taken against him then, minister Azalina Othman Said the next day reminded MPs that they should not make personal attacks against fellow lawmakers. She also said the Standing Orders disallow MPs from using impolite, sexist or malicious words. MALAY MAIL ONLINE

Najib uses Teo, Mat Over as examples to push for unity

 | May 23, 2017
This is after the actor and film producer are seen sitting side by side during the prime minister's national address on the state of the economy.najib-mat-over-david-teo-2PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Najib Razak tonight made use of the “slap incident” between film producer David Teo and actor Sulaiman Yassin, also known as Mat Over, to drive home his message of peace and unity among Malaysians.
Noting that both men were seated together during his national address on the state of the economy at UiTM in Shah Alam tonight, Najib said this was what he wanted as prime minister.
“In front of me, I see Mat Over and David Teo sitting together.
“This is good. This is what I want as prime minister and this is what the government wants. I want to see the people united. Only then can Malaysia succeed.”
Teo and Sulaiman made headlines last week when the actor slapped the Metrowealth Pictures CEO at a National Transformation 2050 (TN50) dialogue in Putrajaya attended by Najib.
At the event on May 17, Teo had taken the microphone to criticise the session’s moderator, Rosyam Nor, for allegedly overlooking those seated at the back when it came to taking questions or suggestions.
Sulaiman quickly walked up to him and slapped him, claiming Teo was showing disrespect to the prime minister.
Security officials subsequently escorted both men from the venue, a hall at Seri Perdana.
Several Malay NGOs have called for Teo to issue a public apology, accusing him of rude behaviour in the presence of Najib.
Several parties have also called on the police to take criminal action against Sulaiman, who has reportedly said he does not regret what he did.
The Television Producers Association of Malaysia (PTVM), of which Teo is a member, went to the extent of tendering a public apology on his behalf on May 19.
On May 22, Kuala Lumpur police criminal investigation department chief Rusdi Mohd Isa said both Sulaiman and Teo would be called in for questioning.
The case is being investigated under Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt.

Will action be taken to stop MO1 cum Public Shit from plundering Rakyat Money

BNM: Investors can be charged too over financial scams

 | May 4, 2017
Bank Negara orders all financial institutions to heighten vigilance in detecting accounts used by perpetrators of financial scams, and to monitor such clients.BNM-ringgitPETALING JAYA: Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has reminded investors that they too are liable to face charges for participating in illegal financial schemes.
Saying that it views illegal financial schemes very seriously, BNM however, promised to first enforce the law against the perpetrators and promoters of such schemes.
“The wrongdoers will face the full brunt of the law, including laws administered by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Penal Code, the Interest Schemes Act 2016, the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 as well as the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
“Under existing laws, legal action can also be taken against investors participating in illegal schemes for abetment,” the central bank said in a statement over the recent controversy over forex and other investment schemes going bust, amid a backlash from investors who were promised high returns of 20-30%.
BNM said it is setting up an inter-agency initiative, led by the Attorney-General’s Chambers under the National Coordination Committee to Counter Money Laundering.
With such an initiative, the authorities will be able to take joint enforcement action against any cases of financial fraud and scams.
Warning against financial schemes promising unrealistically high returns, BNM advised Malaysians to avoid falling prey to such scams by referring to BNM’s Financial Consumer Alert, which lists companies that are neither authorised nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administered by the central bank.
“We also provide information on the common features of illegal financial schemes.”
In the meantime, BNM will escalate the matter with all financial institutions in the country to ensure that large sums of funds are monitored and reported back to the central bank.
“Financial institutions and money business service providers have been directed to heighten their vigilance in detecting the accounts which are used by the perpetrators of financial scams.
“They have also been told to further enhance their customer due diligence policies and processes in identifying suspicious transactions and fund flows between bank accounts so as to prevent financial institutions from becoming conduits that facilitate such illegal schemes.”
Recently, a number of ‘money game’ operators and other investment schemes have come under the spotlight after one such company, JJPTR, said that it had lost RM500 million to “hackers” who allegedly siphoned off the funds from the company’s accounts.
The founder of the Penang-based JJPTR, Johnson Lee, then promised to repay all investors their capital, and later claimed to have found foreign investors to cover the customers’ investments.
JJPTR’s money game investment scheme was established in 2015, promising returns as high as 20% a month to members.
According to The Star in a report yesterday, JJPTR is one of three that went bankrupt last monh. The others are Richway Global Venture and CYL.
******************************************************************
It sounds good news that BNM is taking action against Illegal Financial Schemes.
But I, like most Malaysians want to know when action can be taken against MO1 cum Public Shit for taking Rakyat Money from Felda, Tabung Haji, Zakat, GST Collection, Banks and Insurance Company. Every company and organisation affilated to UMNO Government are forced to give money to MO1 cum Public Shit when instructed.
Every Ministers siphon off money in their Ministry, this kind of cheating and stealing has been going on since 1984.
Even Pak Lah does the same.
There is particularly none whatsoever money for the Rakyat and development for Malaysia.
Certain people should not point fingers at all the Ponzi Scam happening in Malaysia. Do you know that 30% of the students who paid back their PTPTN loan came from their investment through such schemes. Where do students without proper job and good income get their money to pay off their loans?  These students cannot depend on the government, MPs, charity organisation, parents, sugar daddy and sugar mummy.  Do business is also risky?  So they turn to such scheme.  Can you blame these students who wants to pay off their study loan so that others will also get such benefit.
Do you know the percentage of LUCKY NON MUSLIM AND NON MALAY getting PTPTN loan? Only 3%.  Can the government show proof that it takes care of Non Muslim and Non Malay in this country.
Everyday there is propaganda against Non Muslim and Non Malay.
Certain party are xenophobic against DAP claiming it is a Communist Chinese Party.  Yet UMNO Government especially MO1 cum Public Shit welcome China with red carpet and open arms to send their Army and people to come to Malaysia to live.
UMNO government also welcome and fund terrorist like Zakir Naik to abduct activists.

The above people started Moral Police.  Since then 148 have gone missing without a trace.  But the public only know of the 4 activists.  Do you know the kind of training given to the chosen Moral Police?
