Have you got a pair of Klompen?
I do. It is not easy and comfortable to use as claimed.
Klompen is traditional wooden shoe worn by farmers, factory workers and poor in Netherlands.
Today Klompen is not worn but a must buy popular item for tourists as souvenir or gift.
I got mine century ago when Klompen were handmade then. Today Klompen are crafted by technology.
Today going through the news and what is about to happen in Selangor reminds me of Klompen.
